BREAKDOWN ATTENDANCE PROCESS
- Receive phone call – Problem with refrigeration system – Service call logged.
- If problem is life threatening – Respond immediately.
- If problem is causing damage to site fixtures – Respond within 1 hour.
- If problem is causing food produce to spoil – Respond within 1 hour.
- All other breakdowns / problems – Respond within 24 hours.
- If problem can be fixed immediately & cheaply, repairs will be carried out.
- A quotation will be provided to repair the system where repairs are extensive.
- On client’s approval, system will be repaired when parts are available.
